Structure For Your Time: The Four Constitutions

Pre-Meeting Preparation: Arrange chairs in a circular formation, ideally consisting of no more than 5-7 participants per group. Offer refreshments upon attendees’ arrival.

Group Coordination: Determine, either prior to or at the beginning of the session, a designated facilitator within each group who is responsible for guiding the discussion. This individual should ensure equitable participation from all members and manage adherence to the scheduled timeframe. Allocate approximately 2-3 minutes of speaking time per person, adjusted as necessary based on group size.

Opening Routine: Commence the meeting punctually with a spiritual reflection by inviting the presence of the Holy Spirit. Incorporate a moment of scripture reading, brief periods of silence, and a prayer. Kindly allocate a minimum of 15 minutes for this opening devotion.
